MXTW is Norway Bound!

We’re taking this show on the road.

It is with great delight that we announce we are close enough to our fundraising goals for the Norway exchange that we will be making the trip! We have nine students and two directors who can’t wait to go show Oslo audiences our work!

We have raised over $12,000 towards our trip from the hard work of our students, their families, our Norway trip fundraising committee, and MAC staff; as well as the generosity of individual donors and all of you who have participated in our many fundraising events in Manhattan throughout the last several months.

We are very grateful for all of you who have helped us reach our goals in any way. We’re truly  feeling the support of our community. We love you guys!

But we are not quite done calling on you, our friends and supporters, yet! Our goal is to be able to use raised funds to pay the expenses for at least half of every traveler’s costs for the trip. We still need to raise between $2,000 – $3,000 more in order to reach this goal.

If you have been thinking of making a donation, now is the time to do so!

We must pay for our plane tickets by the end of next week, and any donations received between now and then will directly reduce the payment each student has to make from their own pocket for the airfare.
